Iyi ni potaje (potage) nziza kandi yoroshye guteka, ikozwe muri pate (pâte) y’ubunyobwa. Iyi pate itandukanye n’ifu y’ubunyobwa dusanzwe dukoresha mu guteka ibiryo bitandukanye, ni pate akenshi ikoreshwa mu gusiga umugati (hari n’abayita confiture y’ubunyobwa).
Pate nziza yo gukoresha mu guteka iyi potaje ni ikorerwa mu Rwanda kuko iva hanze akenshi iba yoroshye. Akenshi izo mu Rwanda ziboneka ku masoko ni izikorwa n’Umushumba mwiza.

Uko itekwa
Gushyira inkoko na lard n’inyama z’inka niba uri buzikoreshe, igitunguru gihase, cube y’umufa, agasenda n’ikibabi cya laurier mu gisorori hamwe na litiro y’amazi.
1. Pfundikira, ubishyire ku muriro muke bibire mu gihe cy’isaha kugirango ubone umufa.
2. Umufa umaze gutungana, fata ya pate y’ubunyobwa uyishyire mu gisorori kinini wongeremo umufa muke, Kanda hano ukomeze urebe uko itekwa.
